Our Shape up training programme is a lifestyle choice, whereby we promote a basis for sustainable, long term movement habits. get in shape, in more ways than a mirror would reflect.  
TRAIN AT SSISA 
You get to train at SSISA in their Shape Up group classes, led by expert instructors.
Classes happen every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6:30 a.m and 6.pm
TRAIN ON THE GO
Can't make a group session? You have access to the latest workout at your fingertips on our site. We give you both an equipment dependent as well as a minimal equipment workout option.
All workouts and exercise videos are loaded on our site.

Graduation from Shape up allows you access to SSISA Academy's' Step Up Programme, which is a transition to ssisa academy's ript programme.
