Olivia would structure her classes in a manner targeting specific muscle groups and your specific needs as an athlete. Her mindful meditation through yoga assisted me in connecting with my body while making poses which are usually hard to do or maintain; much easier.
Olivia noticed that I was not myself in a session as I had an incredibly long stressful work week. Olivia changed it up and added a meditation session into the training. This was just what I needed to help and I felt like a new person after the session. Just teaching me to focus on my breathing has allowed me to deal with the stress of work in a much better and healthier way. I can not recommend yoga, meditation, and Olivia enough, it has changed my life for the better.
